The House

Located in a small rural village in the Empordà region, this 17th-century house combines the authenticity of stone and wood with a meticulous and luminous aesthetic. Its spacious interiors, natural light, cobblestone patios, and gardens surrounded by nature make it an inspiring setting for visual creation. Every corner offers unique textures, tones, and atmospheres, ideal for exploring light, composition, and portraiture in a setting steeped in history and tranquility.

Monday 20th:
Arrival in Barcelona and transfer to the farmhouse.

Tuesday 21st:
(Morning) Daytime shooting.
(Afternoon) Afternoon shooting.

Wednesday 22nd:
(Morning) Daytime shooting.
(Afternoon) Afternoon shooting.

Thursday 23rd:
Check-out y transfer al aeropuerto para for the first group of photographers and arrival of the second group of photographers, transfer from the airport to the farmhouse and check-in (free day)

Secound group, 4 participants

Friday 24th:
(Morning) Daytime shooting.
(Afternoon) Afternoon shooting.

Saturday 25th:
(Morning) Daytime shooting.
(Afternoon) Afternoon shooting.

Sunday 26th:
Check-out and transfer to the airport.

What’s included

  • 4 hours of shooting per day

Price

2.999€ Option 1.1

The total amount for the event will be paid in three installments to facilitate the reservation of your place:

Reservation: €999 at the time of registration to secure your place.

Second payment: €1,000 with a deadline of February 10.

Third payment: €1,000 with a deadline of March 10.

Your place will only be confirmed after payment of the reservation fee.

Cancellation Policy

At Fine Art Club, we understand that unforeseen events may arise. Therefore, our cancellation policy is clear and transparent:

  • Cancellations before March 10th: 80% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations after March 10th: No refund will be issued, but the spot may be transferred to another person (subject to approval).

Participant:

1. Non-refundable deposit
Due to the villa’s cancellation policy, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
2. Participant Replacement
If the participant or Fine Art Club finds a replacement for the spot:
✓ 100% refund of the deposit.
3. Cancellations after March 10, 2026
If the participant has already paid the full amount:
✗ No refund (for any reason).
Both Fine Art Club and participant will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement.
4. No-show (absence without notice)
Forfeiture of all rights to a refund.

By the organizer:

Cancellation by Fine Art Club (e.g., low occupancy or reasons attributable to the organizer):
✓ 100% refund of the deposit.
✓ Full refund of any previously paid amount.
